Program Description:
By opting into the White Sands Apartments SMS program, residents and prospective tenants will receive important messages related to:
Appointment and maintenance reminders
Lease updates and rent payment notifications
Emergency alerts or property-related announcements
Community events and service changes
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out Instructions:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation SMS. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Rejoining Instructions:
To rejoin the program after opting out, simply contact our office or re-enroll through our website or resident portal.
